Our lobbies located at 103 West Central Ave and 122 North Main Street will be TEMPORARILY CLOSED until further notice due to Covid-19 concerns. The safety of our customers and employees is of utmost importance. At this time, all of our employees are working on site to ensure there are no disruptions to service.

 

Payments may be made via our drive-through service, by phone, or online. During this time, we will not disconnect services for non-payment until further notice. Please continue making payments on your account as usual. 

For new service or transfer of service, please call 229-426-5400 option 4. If you get voice mail, please leave your name and number and we will call you as soon as possible. Our customer service representatives will be happy to take your information and give further instructions to complete your service request. Our application for service is located on our website under Customer Service tab > Applying for Service
